I participated in a panel for the July 2021 meeting with ACM Chicago, which we discuss tech and IT careers. The panelists included Nate Nichols, myself, Jeff Solin, Maria Patterson, and moderated by Bruce Montes. It was a great panel to be apart of, check out the video here: https://youtu.be/0D3aOR5Nsw0
Sweet article with Reto Peter, one of a few people I shadowed during an internship at Studio 880 / Jingletown Recording several years ago. I’m fortunate to have had the experience to learn from one the best!
We had a great meetup with Dr. Peng Wei (The George Washington University). Keep an eye out for the video.
We are continually looking for presenters for upcoming ACM DC meetups. If you have a topic you’d like to present to our group, please reach out via Twitter or join the ACM Washington DC Meetup Group.
The abstract for the meeting and Dr. Wei’s bio can be found here.

I’m excited to share that I’ve been selected as a Board Member for the University of Richmond Customer Experience Program! I’m looking forward to working with students, faculty, & the other professionals serving as board members.
See below for more information on the program.
The video from my recent presentation for the ACM Chicago Chapter, “DSP in the Cloud”, is available above. It was a fun meetup for me since I was able to speak to a topic that I’ve been working with for years. Enjoy!
The ACM also issues “professional development hour” certificates to attendees — it’s cool to see one with my name/presentation on it, see the following:

I received my certificate today from DePaul University, College of Computing & Digital Media for the cloud computing course I completed in November 2020.
